Areas Inspected

As a general rule, the inspection will begin on the exterior of the property and includes, but is not limited to; driveways, walkways, carports, retaining walls, grounds, grading, landscaping, fencing, play areas, lighting, electrical components, roof, decking, stairs – steps, patios, landings, hand railing, awnings, and detailed aspects of the exterior make up from ground to roof of all buildings assigned to the property to be inspected. 

Interior areas of the home, garage and other permanent out building structures will include room by room inspection from floor to ceiling of every room space whether or not finished, and includes but is not limited to; observation of flooring, walls, ceiling, lighting, electrical, plumbing, windows, skylights, doors, closets, fans, stairs, railings, balcony’s, attic and crawl space areas, mechanical rooms, unfinished basement or dug outs, or storm shelters.

Detailed inspection information is included in the formal Inspection Agreement included with each inspection package which is given to and signed by each client.
