Radon Testing

Continuous  Radon  Monitor            $150.00

Set during home Inspection             $100.00

Test includes two trips to the site and a written report of findings. Call for pricing on other types of approved test devices and lab fees / shipping.

Radon Mitigation

 Mitigation pricing varies greatly with individual dwellings depending on the source of the Radon concentration, square footage, foundation type, location and build out.  Physical on site evaluation of each building is necessary to determine these various factors.  We offer no fee evaluations once a valid test has been done.   Typical mitigation systems can cost between$1200.00 and $3000.00 for installation and post testing.
