As a Certified Home inspector with nearly five years in the business, I have made it my quest to provide timely, professional services which inform, detail and spotlight the many features and systems found in today’s modern homes as well as standard equipment found in most residential buildings.

I try to be an extension of the clients’ senses looking into every possible area and exposing conditions which may pose a safety hazard or a potential expense that may not be recognized at the time of the inspection.  All of my findings both good and bad are then outlined in a concise report which is easy to understand, supported by photos taken during the inspection and personal notes regarding the observations made.    

Our company is small and well suited to the rural Rocky Mountain region of western Wyoming and eastern Idaho.

My Qualifications

I have been a member in good standing and A Certified Home Inspector with the Housing Inspection Foundation for the last four consecutive years.   I am a certified Radon professional  (NRPP ID# 103572RT)  through the EPA and National Radon Proficiency Program, with continuing education credits from the Wyoming Department of Health and the Center for Environmental Research and Technology.   I have been actively mitigating Buildings for elevated Radon concentrations for over three years.
